Career Marketing Specialists Inc (CMS) is a privately owned outplacement company that has been providing a confidential career counseling and job search assistance service to all levels of corporate sponsored employees since 1981. The program is offered to corporations and their employees throughout the US, Canada and the United Kingdom. CMS always works with its candidates on a private, personal and one-on-one basis; never charges a fee when its candidates are hired and protects the privacy of all the parties concerned. Professional corporate outplacement is our only interest and the service is not available to the general public.

This relatively new web-based program, with 24/7 live support and Skype video conferencing is a natural extension of our traditional office-based outplacement counseling practice that has been operating without interruption for over 25 years in Toronto. We use all the same program modules, job search techniques, resources and experience that we have honed over the years; but, computer savvy candidates now find this new method of delivery very much more convenient (and less expensive in time and money) than commuting to counselors’ offices. Our corporate clients also find it cost effective because we no longer have to factor in the high cost of city office space into the price of each outplacement program; and, we can provide support until employment is secured.
